Harness your personal power
I help people reduce conflict, heal chronic emotional pain, restore integrity and find ease, confidence and joy in their lives, even when it seems impossible.
Through this work, you can harness your own innate ability to face and transform the challenges of living, loving, working and parenting. Together we create a compassionate and courageous space where you are heard and understood within the wider context of your family and environment. Using the neuroscience of emotion, this work strengthens emotional resilience and improves quality of life in the long term. Problems are addressed at the root, rather than focusing on behaviours or symptoms.

relationship counselling (for individuals)
Living with a partner or within a family often brings up challenges. If you're experiencing conflict and/or distancing in a significant relationship exploring your situation in counselling can be helpful. I often see individuals who are experiencing problems with a family member; it is sometimes surprising how much therapy can help even if the other person is not participating in the session. I am LGBTQ+/queer positive.
I help people with a variety if challenges:
Conflict and relationship difficulties
Stress management/work-life balance/feeling overwhelmed/burnout
Parenting/co-parenting
Life transitions: marriage/partnership/new baby/adoption/separation/divorce/retirement
Coping with family member's well-being and/or mental health challenges
Advanced parenting skills for caregivers supporting children/teens or adults with mental health challenges.
Relationships with parents or adult children.
Navigating polyamous and consentually nonmanogamous relationships.

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light, not our darkness
That most frightens us.We ask ourselves
Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?
Actually, who are you not to be?
